Welcome to The AI Empires Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Overview

The AI Empires offers an affiliate program that allows participants to earn commissions by promoting our products and services. Affiliates earn commissions based on the sales generated through their unique referral links.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn commissions as follows:

50% commission on sales generated directly through your referral link.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the affiliate program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.Have a valid email address and a Stripe account for commission payments. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. How to Participate

To join the affiliate program:

Purchase an AI Empires Plan & Receive your unique referral link and promotional materials. Promote The AI Empires products and services using your referral link.

5. Payment of Commissions

Commissions will be paid out monthly on net 30 day terms on the 15th of the following month via Stripe, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold. Commissions will be calculated based on confirmed sales made through your referral link during the preceding month .The AI Empires reserves the right to withhold payments if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of program terms.

6. Termination

The AI Empires reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these terms and conditions. Engaging in misleading or unethical marketing practices. Any action that may harm the reputation of The AI Empires.

7. Use of Promotional Materials

Affiliates may use promotional materials provided by The AI Empires, including banners and text links. You may not alter these materials without prior written consent from The AI Empires.

8. Liability

The AI Empires will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including any errors or omissions in promotional materials.

9. Changes to the Program

The AI Empires reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
